I have enjoyed being a tenant at the Hillsboro Building for many years. Its a supurb location for me and the landlord, as well as the manager are "First Class."

Our company has been a tenant in the Hillsboro Building since 1993. The excellent location was the initial attraction. The convenient parking and access have always been a big plus for us as well. Having both an onsite manager and an onsite maintenance person is an advantage shared by very few office buildings. When issues arise, we have valued the fast and personal contact with the right folks to "get if fixed." We have particularly liked the long-term expertise and service orientation of Gary Bryant in operating the building so well, over so many years. A final plus for us has been the friendly relationships we have enjoyed with other tenants. There definately is a feeling of community in these buildings.

When I initially opened an office in the Hillsboro Hobbs Building, I intended it to be a satellite of my primary office which was in a retail setting. I thought I would be in my Hillsboro Hobbs office on a limited part time basis. However, I found leasing space from an individual who cares for my well-being to be a delight compared to leasing from a faceless corporation. I soon closed my Nashboro Village location and made the Hillsboro Hobbs Building my one and only office. Being here gives me the opportunity to concentrate on patient care and leave the rest up to the building management. I love it, and I never plan to leave.

4-6-11 This letter is intended to express satisfaction during the past four years with my office located in the Hillsboro Building at 4219 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville Tennessee. The building manager, Gary Bryant, has consistently been responsive to any questions or concerns that have arisen and has been proactive to keep the building up to date (e.g. attending conferences; installation of an electronic key card alarm system; cleaning services coordination; etc). In addition, he has personally distributed memo's to each office about current events ( e.g. shredder service availability, etc.). another asset to this buildings location in the Green Hills area comes from easy access to a large number of restaurants, businesses, and shopping opportunities. I have no regrets about my decision to rent office space here in the Hillsboro Building and have made recommendations to others to do the same.

I recently renewed my lease for several reasons: The building is well located with good parking, and good ingress/egress. The building ownership is local and takes good care of the building and its tenants. The building manager is very experienced and very attentive to tenant's questions and needs It's a great place to have your office.

Devine Dentistry has been a tenant of the Hillsboro Hobbs building for 23 years now. Our practice has succeeded over the years due to the personal and business relationships that we have established. A major part of that success is directly attributable to the stability and attentiveness of the Allen Company. To me, the advantage of leasing space over buying is being able to do dentistry and not have to worry about building maintenance. The Allen Company is very accommodating and responsive. We look forward to a continued long-term association.

I have been a tenant in the Hillsboro-Hobbs building for 5+ years. During that time, I have found the building management to be very responsive to any needs that I have had. They have maintained and invested in the buildings - both on the interior and exterior - so that it is welcoming for my clients. The location of the Hillsboro-Hobbs building cannot be beat. It is easily accessible and has plenty of parking.

We have been a tenant of The Allen Company's Hillsboro Hobbs Building for over 15 years. Over that period of time, we have moved suites and completed several buildouts. Management has always been very accommodating of our requests and ideas. We have developed a great relationship with The Allen Company and we hope to continue here for years to come.
